MAKING A PURCHASE
When making a purchase, simply browse through our website or search for exactly what you want using the search bar until you find what you need. Then simply ‘add to basket’, when you have finished shopping simply press ‘check out’. You will be able to edit your basket, cancelling or adding items, at any time up until when you enter your payment details.

PAYMENT AND CURRENCIES
Prices will always be shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, these are processed using PayPal. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the PayPal secure checkout. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At our discretion certain international orders may be sent using DHL instead of Royal Mail to improve the security and tracking of your parcel.

TAX CHARGES
Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.

SECURITY
Here at BossMama, we are keen for our customers to buy our products with confidence. All credit card details are processed using Klarna and PayPal secure transaction system. Credit Card details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. Using the Klarna and PayPal system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and Klarna and PayPal.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
If you have entered your payment details and checked out, your package should be being processed. However there are a few cases where we cannot complete your order. This will only occur if the product you have ordered is now out of stock; if your payment was unauthorised; in the instance of a pricing or product description error; or if you fail to meet the eligibility order criteria set out by these terms and conditions.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on the website include VAT, however they exclude delivery. The total price will be shown at the checkout once you have selected a means of delivery.
